Meet the Honorary Consul
| | Anastasia Pavlovna Kitsul has been the Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation in Puerto Rico since September of 2003. Ms. Kitsul's professional experience includes brand management at Procter & Gamble as well as management consulting for Fortune 500, medium-size, and start-up businesses. Ms. Kitsul, who began her academic career at Moscow State University in Russia, holds an MBA in Strategy from the Yale School of Management, a B.A. in Spanish and International Management from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota, and has studied at Kansai Gaidai University, Osaka, Japan. Ms. Kitsul has published articles in Russia, U.S., Japan and U.K. and managed public relations campaigns in the U.S. and internationally. |
